Returns Policy
You may return Products to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging.
You must email support@adaanddarcy.com.au notifying us that you wish to return an item including the invoice number on the email.
Products must be returned to the following address, at your own cost, with a dispatch note stating our original invoice number:

Once we have received the returned Products, we will notify you via email of your exchange or refund entitlement.
All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the details contained within this page will be credited to the purchaser’s Ada and Darcy account or credit card.
The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.
Credit notes are provided only for items on sale.
Please note, there is no refund offered for custom made orders (this products are noted as ‘made to order’), if you wish to return these goods a credit note is only offered.
Please note Goods and Services Tax will be refunded to Australian purchasers however Ada and Darcy is not responsible for the refund of duties or taxes levied outside Australia. Certain items marked "final sale" or similar are unable to be returned to Ada and Darcy.
